My partner and I were working in HI for several years and while working there, we were exposed to the original Poke; THE most authentic style Poke. We enjoyed Poke almost daily as it quickly became our favorite food. We developed a passion for this divine cuisine so much so, when we left the Islands, we had separation anxiety. After repeated visits and sampling many dishes, we felt like it was a match made in heaven! We brought the freshest, tastiest, healthiest food, that is Poke, home to enjoy and share with everyone!
